Girls Just Wanna Have Fun...

this is a quilt that my mamaw made for me! she hand-stitched each and every square...for 13 years!! payton was only 20 months old when mamaw passed away, but mamaw thought she hung the moon! so, i think she'd love for it to be proudly displayed on p-rae's bed.

Tough as Nails...

this good-looking guy just happens to be the most awesome 11 year old ever!! he always cracks me up...even after having 2 teeth pulled!! this is how he came in to see me after his dentist appointment! you have to love him!!

My Hero...

shane & i had a lovely dinner at the ft. worth club on tuesday night. we were there to celebrate our hero, rouel! he was awarded the bank of america local hero award for ALL of his volunteer efforts to make azle a better place!! i can promise you that azle became a better place when he and his family moved there in 1987!

other things going on...school is going really well. i made it through the 1st 6 weeks!! yay me! reagan and payton are staying busy with school, fall ball, and gymnastics! the best part about my life right now...i have a new cleaning lady and SHE ROCKS!! seriously, this lady is the bomb! your mom wishes she was my cleaning lady. even shane was impressed! anyway, stop by, look at my baseboards...check out the blinds...stop the ceiling fans...go ahead, i dare ya!! woo hoo!! life is good!
